Why does the photo look slightly different to product?

depending on lighting, this is why your product might slightly change in colour. We also take our photos outside in the sun.

We don’t offer refunds on change of mind items.

My item is damaged?

Emaze and co do our best to ensure all products are damage and faulty free. If your package arrives damaged please email emazeandco@outlook.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item.

unfortunately Shopify oversells products so if you receive a refund this is why. (This is out of our control)

we are currently using Sendle and Australia post to ship your packages, if you choose sendle we will need an address as Sendle doesn't ship to Parcel lockers or P.O boxes.
